Who is responsible
Aanbiedingenweek (aanbiedingenweek.nl) is a private, non-commercial project. For questions about your data or this statement, use the contact page.
In short
- There is no account and no login: we do not know who you are.
- No adverts, and we never sell or share data with advertisers.
- Google Analytics only runs if you press Accept.
- Your watch list and settings stay in your own browser.
What is used, and why
- Delivering the site (Cloudflare). The site runs on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare handles technical details of every request, such as your IP address, browser and the page asked for. We do not keep these logs. Reason: running a working, safe website (legitimate interest). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Visitor counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No cookies and no profile of you: only totals such as pages viewed, the site you came from, country and the kind of device and browser. Reason: knowing how much the site is used (legitimate interest).
- Google Analytics, only after you press Accept. Google then places cookies (names starting with
_ga) and receives which pages and tabs you use, what you search for, which products you open, star or share, whether you install the app, your language, your approximate location and your device. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may also be processed in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The data is kept for the period set in our account: 2 or at most 14 months. Reason: your consent, which you can take back at any time below. See Google's privacy policy. - Product photos. Most photos load directly from the image server of the folder service (cdn.jafolders.com, used by allefolders.nl). Like every site you load a picture from, that server receives your IP address and browser details. We send it nothing else.
- Emailing us. The contact form only writes an email in your own mail app; nothing is sent until you send it yourself. We then receive your email address and message, use them only to answer you, and delete them within 12 months after your question is answered.
- Stored on your own device, never sent to us. Your watch list, language, panel settings and cookie choice (in your browser's storage), and copies of pages and photos so the installed app works offline. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
- Links to Facebook and WhatsApp. Only when you tap a source post or Delen do you go to that service, which then applies its own privacy policy.
Your choice about Google Analytics
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data about you, to limit its use, to object to it, or to receive it in a file. Because there are no accounts, we usually hold nothing that can be linked to you, apart from emails you sent us. Ask through the contact page. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
